Hello,
I never knew there were so many hive options! Does anyone house their bees in horizontal hives? I wanted to put a peaked roof on mine, and wondered how I would remove the top, since it would be heavier. Also, I wondered if people secure their horizontals with a tie strap in strong winds? Yep, I'm new to beekeeping.
